Customisation – Side Orders and Add-Ons

While many of our clients find using the standard features of our LMS with added branding and messages suits their purposes very well, we will happily go further to meet your precise needs.

For instance, you might want us to integrate our LMS with your existing HR and administration processes. This means the way you work currently remains the same – our technology simply connects with your databases, streamlines your administration and reporting procedures and facilitates improvements where you need them.

We can include customised reports, provide a login page accessible from your intranet, create ‘micro-sites’ within the main site for specific groups of users on a regional, team or other basis. We can also help you integrate products and services from third party suppliers such as communication tools (web-conferencing facilities, bulletin boards, chat rooms, mentoring sites, etc), TNA tools or competency framework management tools.

If you have your own training content, we can help you integrate it into our LMS. Alternatively, we can provide you with a software tool enabling you to create your own content, without the need for technical knowledge. Many of our clients have used this to supplement generic courses or provide business-specific courses such as Induction Training, courses on Company Policies and Procedures or other specialist training programmes.
