We know emergencies do not run to a timetable, so our servers - hosted at a state-of-the-art data centre in London’s Docklands - are monitored 24x7 to ensure they are performing as they should be. We employ best-practice to ensure data security and a reliable service, supported by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
We won’t build you an e-learning platform and then leave you to it. Working with Course-Source means you are guaranteed on-going support, whenever you need it, at no extra cost.
Our consultancy services come as standard and you can contact us during office hours for help with technical issues, advice and information on choosing generic e-learning content or developing your own learning materials, tips on how to implement e-learning within your organisation and advice on how e-learning will fit with any other training and development initiatives you are running or planning. If you are a content producer or training company, we can help you prepare tenders, bid for business and back you up at pre and post sales meetings.
