Lewisham Council needed to improve desktop skills among their workforce. While some colleagues needed basic skills training from scratch, others simply needed to be brought up to date with new software features. Course-Source solved Lewisham's problem of how to deliver the right training to the right people and administer, track and report back on training within the context of Lewisham's existing HR system, so details such as payroll numbers, service sectors, ethnic background, age, gender and disabilities could be factored into the equation.
